Streamers are superior flies with the help of one can fish on an active retrieve. These flies replicate baitfish, crayfish, leeches and large aquatic insects like hellgrammites. These flies are designed for fishing on a tight line that is either being retrieved by pulling in your line or by swinging the fly in a river.
